Why do we love it
It's a light and tranquil tea. With yellow marigold blossoms and blue lavender blossoms, it's pretty to look at and a delight to drink. The floral notes are complimented with fruity undertones which come from blackberry leaves, apple pieces and fennel. This harmonisation creates a mild, smooth and subtly sweet flavour, with a hint of spice from the caraway.
Where it helps
Lavender is a key ingredient that helps you relax, Lavender is an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as very mild sedative which increases relaxation and calmness. It helps to reduce agitation, anger, aggression, and restlessness. Additionally the melissa leaves (also known as lemon balm) is considered a calming herb. It has been used for many centuries across cultures to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion, gas and bloating.
How our drink hits the senses:
The flowery aroma is a total delight when brewing, as you take a sip you'll get hints of a subtle sweetness complimented by a little spice. Then the fruit flavour will come through, not overpoweringly but as a gentle tang.
