Delivery, Returns & Cancelling


We deliver our teas all around the world, so that you can enjoy our gourmet blends regardless of which side of the globe you live on. 

If you are joining our Tea Club, then delivery in the UK is FREE and £4.99 for members living outside of the UK. Ordering other products on our website is free to UK customers when spending over £10 and the rates vary for different countries. Please see the checkout for a more precise quote.

For International Services, you are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, levies, customs assessments, fines or other penalties and unusual costs, claims and expenses (including administrative costs) (“Duties”) for Transporting the Goods outside the United Kingdom.

At BRUU we want you to be 100% happy, which is why we offer a simple 14-day returns policy. Plenty of time for you to decide if you want to keep your order. Occasionally some orders are purchased as gifts so if you need longer than 14 days please drop us an email and we can confirm this.

In the event that you do decide to return an item all you need to do is contact us on 01748 471 099 and we'll guide you through the process.

A few rules:
★ If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged, then we will pay for the return delivery costs (we need photographic / video proof of damaged goods). 
★ If you have changed your mind then you are responsible for returning the item to us, at your own cost.
★ Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen.
★ All returns must be authorised by BRUU prior to returning.
★ In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
★ Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a sale-able condition.

So relax, we really want this relationship to work so rest assured we are going to look after you and make sure you are happy to shop with us again and again.


A few rules:
★ Of course, we want you to be totally happy. You just need to log into your account and press the relevant button to skip a month or cancel. Alternatively, feel free to call or email us and we'd be happy to help 

★ We usually process your second box a month after your initial sign up.  A few days notice is all we need to cancel your subscription

★ If you are a new member and only want to receive one BRUU box, cancel after your first delivery to avoid cancelling your first box.

★ If you choose to cancel after a period of time through your active subscription, due to having the goods, we are entitled to refund you only for the outstanding months on the subscription, not the entire subscriptions duration. For example, if you purchase a 3 months subscription with us  then cancel after you receive your second box and prior not the 21st of that month, you receive a refund for the last month left in your subscription.
