A wiry downy white leaf from the Karst Hills in China blended to bring out its natural sweetness and is naturally very low in caffeine.
What it is?
Only un-opened buds are selected and processed for this tea. The infusion is mild, aromatic and is beautifully balanced with a tropical fruit round edge.
Why we love it
A cleansing, low caffeine masterpiece.
Where it’s from
The Qingshan tea garden is part of the Chinese province Hunan. The sizable estate includes 350 acres approved for organic farming. The garden is set in a mountainous landscape with an altitude of around 750m and is part of a peninsula in the middle of an artificial lake. Only the youngest buds together with the first two fresh, velvety leaves are picked to achieve the quality of this top class Pai Mu Tan.
How our drink hits the senses
Whilst sitting dry in its container, sense the ripe and fresh mango. Enjoy the infusion as light yellow notes shimmer through your cup, so cleansing.
