Thank you...

We love this time of year when a BRUU cuppa feels that much more inviting, especially on these frosty mornings. I guess we could remind you about our amazing tea gifts, but really, we just want to say thank you.

You see for us, Christmas is about people, sharing time with them and making memories. Now I know that may sound a little wishy-washy, and overly sentimental, but we are an affectionate bunch here at BRUU, and we like to practise what we preach. I know I have mentioned before how great it is to work here. Our team is second to none. Really.

We treat each other as family here, and for the record, that’s how we see you lovely lot too. We see a little of what goes on in your lives, through your emails and social media comments, but we want to know you more. We want you to know how important you are to us, literally without you, we wouldn’t be here doing what we do.

We need to thank you, our BRUU family for making everything possible. We really do appreciate it. It can sometimes be a little overwhelming for us when we think about how many of your homes, we invade with our boxes every month, how many moments have been shared over our BRUU, how many laughs and memories of yours that we have been a part of. We truly are all one big family, with homes all over the world, all of whom have the kettle on regularly!

We recently had our Christmas party, and to be honest, it was wonderful. Spending time not only with my work colleagues, but with some of my best friends. We listened, we shared, we laughed, and boy did we dance! The most important thing though is that we built a memory together. That’s what Christmas means for us.

Father Christmas is lovely, mince pies are tasty, and who doesn’t love a mulled wine with a Christmas carol, but Christmas magic always comes when other people are involved. That’s where our fab partner for this box comes in. You die hard BRUU fans will know we have featured 9bars before, we are big fans here, so we thought we would give you that treat all over again!

We have had the best year yet at BRUU HQ, we have taken on twice as many staff, and sent out hundreds of thousands of boxes, making goodness knows how many cups of tea! We have moved to bigger offices but managed to stay in our home town of Richmond in North Yorkshire. We have built partnerships with lots of new companies; Masterchef, Uopen, to name a few, and we are now available from WHSmith, Next, Debenhams, Boots, M&S and Morrisons. We also happen to have had a ball along the way. We’ve had subscribers come back to us, thanks to the changes we have made, and now have more members than ever before. We have developed our clever little tea machine too, so you can rate your teas in the members area of our website.

So, thank you all. You have helped make our year great, so cheers, and here’s to the next one!
