A white tea, often called Pai Mu Tan, with delicate floral notes, grown in the Fujian Province in China.

What it is?
An extra-large leaf that is wonderfully gentle and easy to drink, it is smooth with peach and melon sweet notes.

Why we love it
This tea takes you down a tender yet flavourful path. Experience harmony in a cup.

Where it’s from
One of the most important tea regions in the world, Fujian Province, China. Fujian is a province on the southeast coast of China. Fujian has a subtropical climate, with some rainfall year-round, but with a drier winter and wetter summer. An overwhelming majority of the province is mountainous; Fujian is also the most heavily forested province of China.

How our drink hits the senses:
A fragrant aroma with ever so subtle floral notes arousing the senses. The wiry, larger leaves bloom as they steep in the water, the slightly floral scent circulates around the room and the tea infuses creating a wonderful amber shade. Enjoy the slight perfumed floral aftertaste and subtle herby hints, notice how the balance of flavours work in unison.

Best enjoyed;
1tsp // 80°C  // 3mins
