Where it’s from
Our oolong and green tea blends are grown in Northern Fujian in China. One of the most important tea regions in the world, Fujian Province, China. Fujian is a province on the southeast coast of China. Fujian has a subtropical climate, with some rainfall year-round, but with a drier winter and wetter summer. An overwhelming majority of the province is mountainous; Fujian is also the most heavily forested province of China.
How our drink hits the senses
First, the smell hits you as if you've just walked into an old fashioned sweet shop. It's fruity and sweet in smell with notes of berries and grapes. When poured the colour is dark, but the flavour is round. Despite the sweet smell, the flavour is slightly smoky and earthy with rose flavour undertones.
