1) What will I get
You will get 3 different teas every month delivered through your letterbox. Each box will be personalised according to the tea preferences you select when you sign up. You also get tea cards, an extra tea and free surprises.

2) How much tea will I get?
Each box contains enough tea for 20-30 cups depending on the type of tea you select and if you re-infuse the teas. 

3) When will your tea arrive
Your teas are shipped on the 28th of each month and usually arrive within 2-3 days and for our international members between 5-7 days.

4) How do we take payment
You have already paid via Wowcher/Living Social, and all you need to pay now is the postage which is £2.99 for our one month box and £4.99 for our three month box. You can also use the voucher against a longer subscription, and as a thank you, we will give you free delivery!

Once your trial has ended we will then automatically charge your card every month until you tell us to stop. You can opt out of this at anytime.

6) How do we choose your tea
When you join and tell us your tea preferences our clever tea engine creates your personalised box. You can then log into your members area and rate the teas we have sent which helps our tea engine select an even more personalised box next time.
