It tastes like a biscuit but with healthier ingredients.
How our drink hits the senses:
Whilst sitting dry in its container waiting to become your BRUU;
A delight for your nose. Quiet a complex arrangement of smells but it works. Demerara cake? Orange Custard Creams? Or indeed, Digestive?
As the drink is BRUUing;
Straight after the water lands a surprisingly different smell emerges as the ingredients expand and open in the heat. Slowly the original 'dry' smell returns just in time to take the first sip. Interesting.
The taste journey;
The side of the tongue is stimulated with a sweet, gentle tang. A fresh but potent taste. Infused for too long and the bitterness of the orange will take over.
