How our drink hits the senses:
Whilst sitting dry in its container waiting to become your BRUU;
As expected the chai spices own this part of the process. Little old rooibos is sitting ready to play her part.
As the drink is BRUUing;
Spicy, until the rooibos awakens.
The taste journey;
A spicy mixture of two tea worlds. Full rooibos flavour entangled with a 6 spice tongue tickler. Our blenders knew this would work, they weren't wrong.
1tsp // 100°C // 3-5 mins
Rooibos, cinnamon, ginger bits, fennel, aniseed whole, cloves & cardamom.
