What it is?

A fruity white tea that reminds you of sitting beside a pool in the sunshine with bottomless drinks to hand! 

Why we love it

This is a light and complex white tea with a tropical tiki punch. 

Where it’s from

Whilst the green tea is grown in the northern region of China, the freeze-dried mango and strawberry cubes are flown in from sustainable production establishments around the world. Once they've arrived, they're kept in clay jars to preserve their aromatic profile, until later combined with the additional ingredients. 

How our drink hits the senses

The duality of taste and smell are present in this one. The sweet smell reminds you of strawberries, mangoes and fruit squash with a hint of aniseed. However the taste is more like a fine wine, with a liquorice and bergamot taste which is light and dry. It's like drinking a glass of wine on a tropical beach resort, surrounded by colourful sights and fruity smells. 

Best enjoyed;
1-2 tsp // 75- 80°C // 2-3 mins
