How our drink hits the senses:
Whilst sitting dry in its container waiting to become your BRUU;
This Japanese green is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal which makes it smell so much like a black camellia sinensis tea - my favourite.
As the drink is BRUUing;
Bakey notes dominate as the stems absorb the waters and develop into something very comforting.
The taste journey;
Dare I say it, popcorn. The BRUU team find this drink so interesting. Super mellow, soft on the tongue, nutty, earthy and somewhat caramelly.
