How our drink hits the senses:
Whilst sitting dry in its container waiting to become your BRUU;
A sweet tobacco aroma (unlit obviously) with a perfumed citrus twist.
As the drink is BRUUing;
A three layered infusion starting with the lemon before the grass sends out its citrus nip. Around 2 minutes into infusion the tougher structure of the rooibos is penetrated allowing that unique warm scent to arise.
The taste journey;
Bringing the tea cup to your lips, that citrus scent continues to entice the nostrils. Rooibos has such a soft taste and mixing in that gentle after-tang makes for a unique experience.
